Custom shin guards for shops, sellers and teams
Turn your customers' photos, names or original designs into printed pairs, one customer order at a time or as a repeatable run: individual customer orders, a team run, retail stock or private label.

Custom-printed shin guards: US$12–15 per pair, with custom printing, standard packaging, shipping, VAT and other import charges included. Only the applicable EU €3 customs duty is extra, on eligible EU consumer consignments of no more than €150 (EU duty details). Bulk orders: pricing and who covers customs duty can be negotiated, and your quotation states any change to these inclusions.
- From one pair on catalogue guards
- A different design per Shopify order
- Neutral packaging, stickers, barcodes, hangtags
- Ships straight to your end customer
Bulk, stock and importer orders
- Bulk pricing. For bulk orders, pricing and who covers customs duty can be negotiated. Your quotation states any change to the standard price inclusions before you order.
- Custom boxes. Custom boxes normally start at 500 boxes; dimensions, material, printing, fees and additional lead time are quoted for your requirements.
- Your own forwarder. Your own forwarder or collect account can be used; give the details with your enquiry.
- Pre-shipment inspection. Ask the desk about a third-party pre-shipment inspection. You appoint and pay for the inspection; say what you want looked at and when.
- Plain stock. Plain white unprinted guards and plain white unprinted sleeves are listed options.
- Your own shell or foam. A custom shell shape, shell colour or foam thickness is a separate tooling project, with higher minimum quantities and roughly 3–6 months for development.

What you send. Your route, the catalogue references you want, the sizes and the quantity, your destination country, and your artwork if the route uses one.
What you get. Personalised customer orders or a repeatable run, with full-size pairs supplied as a left and a right, packed as quoted.
What your quotation covers. Packaging, shipping and timing, and the documents you need for your market. There is no minimum order quantity for printing on standard catalogue guards.
You deal with one English-language sales desk, from your first message to despatch.
One customer design at a time
For personalised gift shops, online sellers and kit suppliers: send a customer's design requirements for an individual order, or plan a run with one design across the pairs.
Send the order brief
Use your own order reference. Include the guard style, size, quantity, destination and the exact text or permitted images for each side.
Approve the artwork
We prepare a design draft. Go through the spelling, crop and left/right layout with your customer, then approve the final version before production.
Agree packing and delivery
Tell us how the order should reach you or your customer. The quotation names the available packing, delivery and timing for the product and destination.
For your first enquiry, send your shop or business type, product, destination, expected quantity and any packing requirements. Keep customer addresses and private artwork for the agreed order-preparation step.

A reusable brief for each customer order
Keep the order reference, exact wording and approved artwork version together. Start with the enquiry section; complete the order sections once the product, destination and arrangements are agreed.
Download the current seller order handoff card — v4 (TXT)
Open the text file in any text editor and make a copy for each order. It covers the brief, quotation, artwork approval, dispatch, issues and repeat orders. Leave customer addresses and private artwork out of the first enquiry. The card does not place an order or send any information.
Marketplace orders and repeat designs
Sell through Amazon, Etsy or your own shop? Tell us your order and packing requirements. You remain responsible for your shop's listings, design rights and marketplace rules; the quotation states the arrangements for your order.
Discuss parcel documents, labels, tracking handoff and how remakes or returns will be handled before placing the order. Required product information must stay with the goods.
When a retained design is available, you do not need to send the artwork again. We send a fresh draft for approval before production. Each repeat order starts a new six-month design-retention period. Read about retained designs.
Printed shirts and other clothing are quoted separately by style, sizing, quantity and destination.
Stock and brand runs
Pick the route first. It sets the artwork you send and the way the order is quoted.
1 · Retail stock
One repeatable design instead of a different name on every pair. Send the sizes and the quantity you want to stock. Plain white unprinted guards and plain white unprinted sleeves are listed options as well.
2 · Your house design
Your own design across the whole run, sold under your name. Send the artwork, and Wangyudian lays it out for print. You do not need print-ready artwork.
3 · Private label
Your brand on the printed guard and on the pack. Send your logo files with the design.
There is no minimum order quantity for printing on standard catalogue guards; the quotation prices your quantity. For a brand project, with a range of designs against your own references, read OEM and ODM.
Send only images, names and logos you own or have permission to use. If a design looks like it belongs to someone else, the desk will ask before printing. The artwork guide sets out what to send.

Where a retail order sits among the order types
Four order types are quoted separately: single personalised pairs, team and club sets, retailer stock, and full custom. Say which one you need, how many pairs and how many designs.
Club orders that carry one design with a different name and number on each pair are set out on the team and club page. Ask the desk about made-to-order supply for print-on-demand and dropship orders.
Sleeves, pocket socks and short football socks are made to order alongside the guards. See sleeves and socks and other made-to-order gear.
Packing options
Guard pairs come in a simple bag as standard. Any additional packaging requirements cost extra and are quoted before ordering.
- Storage box. An optional storage box in black or grey, offered with the honeycomb, smooth and matte (frosted) guards.
- Bag on the mini. Mini shin guards can be ordered with a drawstring bag.
- Guard and sock set. One pair of shin guards and one pair of socks. Each pair is packed in a simple bag as standard; a box or custom packaging is quoted separately.
- Plain stock. Plain white unprinted guards and plain white unprinted sleeves are listed options.
Your quotation states carton quantities, retail-pack markings and the labelling you want. Say in your enquiry how the pairs should reach your shelves, and the desk quotes the packing against it.
Neutral packaging, your brand stickers, barcodes and hangtags are available; say what you need and it is named on your quotation. Orders can ship straight to your end customer, and your own forwarder or collect account can be used.

Personalised mini guards for Shopify orders
Each Shopify order can use a different customer design, from one pair of mini shin guards. Orders can ship directly to individual customers, including customers in Europe. Agree the order and artwork-approval handoff, packaging and shipment details with the desk before starting. See the production and shipping estimates and store-order FAQ.
Samples for larger orders
For a larger order, agree a sample pair before the run to see print, colour and fit. One pair or a few pairs go directly from artwork approval to production and dispatch without a separate physical sample. Screen colour and printed colour can differ.
A sample is quoted all-in, the pair and its shipping in one figure. When a production order follows, the sample fee may be credited back; the terms are agreed on the quotation.
Wangyudian sends a design draft for your approval before printing. Approve it in writing, keep the approved sample as the reference for the run, and compare the delivered goods with it.
Read how customisation works for the order steps, and the sample and first order page for the sample route in full.
Paperwork and payment
Seller. The seller named on your quotation and proforma is Guangzhou Wangyu Dian Trading Co., Ltd., or RyanFulfil, the fulfilment company behind the desk, where that suits your order.
Currencies. Quotations are issued in USD, EUR, GBP or SGD; other currencies on request.
Payment. Payment is by bank transfer to the seller named on your proforma. Bank details are issued once, on the proforma, and never changed by email; if you receive a changed account, message the desk on WhatsApp before you pay.
Organisations. Schools, clubs and other organisations can be invoiced in the organisation's name. The receiving account is in the seller's own name, and a purchase order can be addressed to that seller.
Documents. Tell us your destination and any documentation requirements with your enquiry.
Shipping to your warehouse
For 20–100 pairs of standard printed guards, production is usually completed in 1–3 days after artwork approval, and shipping usually takes 7–15 days after dispatch.
Transit times by destination, Express and Standard, are set out on the shipping page. Your quotation names the shipping mode and the cartons for your order, and the import duties and taxes at the destination.
Start a retail order
Send your route, the references and sizes, the quantity and your destination country. A quotation naming every term comes first, and a sample pair can be agreed before a larger run.
