What this site stores when you enquire
No enquiry of yours is stored on a server here. The site has no forms that reach a server, no accounts and no analytics. One value sits in your browser tab: the source that first brought you here. Your host and font requests are logged by the services below.

What the site keeps in your browser
One value, and only for the current tab. It is a campaign tag from the link you clicked, the website that referred you, or the word "direct". It is kept in your browser's session storage.
The value is there so a WhatsApp message you send can say where you found us. Closing the tab deletes it. The page sends it nowhere on its own.
What you send, and where it goes
- WhatsApp. Your message, your WhatsApp name and your number reach the sales desk. The site adds three lines to the prefilled text — the page name, the page address and the source — and you can delete them before sending. The conversation is kept for as long as answering and following up your enquiry needs. The conversation is handled by WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Email. Mail to [email protected] is forwarded to the sales desk's mailbox. It is kept for as long as answering and following up your enquiry needs.
- Design files and photos. Photos, names, numbers and logos are used to make your order and the proof you approve. They are not published, and not used as site imagery without your written permission.
Your design and order details are shared with the factory that makes your order. Where that factory is based is not published here yet.
How long design files are kept is not yet published here. To ask for deletion, email [email protected]; the desk replies on the channel you used.
Hosting and fonts
This site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard request logs, including your IP address. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address with that request.
The sales desk does not use either service to identify you.
What the site does not do
- No advertising or tracking pixels, no third-party analytics, no retargeting.
- The site's own pages set no cookies.
- Enquiry details are not passed to advertisers or data brokers.
- No marketing email unless you ask for one.
Who answers a request
Wangyudian is the brand on this site, and the sales desk answers every request. A company registration number, a legal address and a data-protection officer are not published here yet.
