Order one pair or a few pairs from your approved artwork
One pair or a few pairs go straight to production and dispatch once you approve the design draft, with no separate sample. For a larger order, a physical sample is quoted all-in, the pair and its shipping in one figure, and the fee may be credited back when a production order follows.
- From one pair
- No separate sample for small orders
- Larger-order sample quoted all-in
- 20–100 standard printed pairs: usually 1–3 days after artwork approval
US$12–15 per pair, with custom printing, shipping, VAT and other import charges included. Only the applicable EU €3 customs duty is extra. Your quotation gives the exact price.
Socks, sleeves, sets and optional packaging are quoted separately. See the EU duty details.
For one pair or a few pairs. Approve the design draft, then the order goes straight to production and dispatch. There is no separate physical sample.
For a larger order. A physical sample can be agreed before production to show the printed colour, surface and fit.
Sample terms. A larger-order sample is quoted all-in, the pair and shipping in one figure. When a production order follows, the sample fee may be credited back on terms agreed on the quotation.
Personalised pairs can be made for gifts, keepsakes, collections, commemorations, and personal or faith designs. Send what you want printed and approve the draft before it is produced.
What a larger-order sample can show you

- The printed colour. Screen colour and printed colour differ. The sample lets you compare the two.
- The surface. Smooth, honeycomb or matte (frosted), as you chose it. Honeycomb is a moulded hexagonal relief under the print.
- The fit and the pair. Full-size guards come as a left and a right. Try them in the sock you play in.
- The foam liner. A PP shell with a soft EVA foam liner filling the back. The front shell is printed and the black liner sits inside the shell rim.
- The packing. Single-pair orders are sent in a plain mailing pouch; see the packing example. A storage box in black or grey is an option on WYD-SG-005, and mini guards have a with-bag option on WYD-MSG-002. Optional packaging is quoted separately.

Samples and order documents
Your sample shows the print, fit and finish. Request any order documents separately, and tell us your destination and any documentation requirements with your enquiry.
Sizes in centimetres are set out in the size guide, so you can choose the size before production.
The first-order sequence
- Enquiry. Send your design, the sizes, how many pairs and your destination country.
- Quotation. Your chosen guards, quantity, destination and any optional packaging are quoted.
- Design draft. Wangyudian prepares the artwork from your picture and text, crops the picture to the guard shape, and sends a draft. You do not need print-ready artwork. Approve the draft in writing before production.
- Order route. One pair or a few pairs move directly to production and dispatch after artwork approval. For a larger order, a physical sample can be agreed before production.
- Production. For 20–100 pairs of standard printed guards, production is usually completed in 1–3 days after artwork approval. Mixed sizes and different prints on each pair do not extend this estimate. Your quotation states the timing for other quantities or custom development.
- Dispatch and shipping. After dispatch, shipping is usually 7–15 days, as a guide, not a guarantee; the destination and channel timing are quoted for your order.
Production time and transit time are separate clocks, both named on your quotation.
Transit times by destination are set out on the shipping page. The five design steps are on how customisation works.
A larger-order sample for a team
Wangyudian fulfils club team sets: one club design across the squad, each guard printed with the player's first name, squad number and an L/R marking, on the honeycomb full-size guard.

When a team chooses the larger-order sample route, a useful sample is a real pair from the roster, printed with that player's first name and squad number, rather than a made-up example.
Ask the desk whether that pair can be printed ahead of the rest of the set, and say which player it is when you send the roster.
Schools, clubs and other organisations can be invoiced in the organisation's name.
Send one line per player: name, number and shin length. See team and club shin guards.
A larger-order sample for a retailer or brand
Three routes carry a brand: retail stock, your own house design, and private label with your brand on the printed guard and on the pack.
One pair per reference
If you agree a sample route, take a sample of each catalogue reference you plan to stock, not one pair for the whole range. The surfaces and the sizes differ.
One pair per route
A retail-stock design, a house design and a private-label pack are three different things to look at. Agree a sample for the route you are actually buying.
The reference pair
Keep the approved sample as a reference for the production run when it reaches you.
Plain white unprinted guards and plain white unprinted sleeves are listed options, so a plain larger-order sample can also be agreed.
Read the three routes on OEM / ODM, or the buying notes on retailers and kit suppliers.
Cost, currency and payment
Where a larger-order physical sample is agreed, it is quoted all-in, the pair and its shipping in one figure, and shown again on the proforma. When a production order follows, the sample fee may be credited back; the terms are agreed on the quotation.
You pay the cost of goods in full when you place the order, and any other charges on your quotation before the goods ship. Payment is by bank transfer to the seller named on your proforma.
What you send with an order enquiry
- The design. An ordinary image is fine. The clearer the picture, the better the print; a lower-resolution picture can be used if you accept its appearance in the draft.
- The name and number. Copyable text, spelled exactly as you want it printed, in any language. Any of the photo, the name and the number may be left out.
- The size and surface. The shin length in centimetres and the player's age, with the surface you want.
- The reference. The WYD- catalogue reference, if you already know which one you want.
- The destination. Your country, and the packing you want with the pair.
Send only images, names and logos you own or have permission to use. If a design looks like it belongs to someone else, the desk will ask before printing.
Notes
The seller named on your quotation and proforma is Guangzhou Wangyu Dian Trading Co., Ltd., or RyanFulfil, the fulfilment company behind the desk, where that suits your order. Quotations are issued in USD, EUR, GBP or SGD; other currencies on request.
Bank details are issued once, on the proforma, and never changed by email; if you receive a changed account, message the desk on WhatsApp before you pay.
Quote your first order
Send the design, size, quantity and country. The quotation names the production time and transit time; ask about a physical sample only if you are placing a larger order and want one agreed before production.
