Custom-printed shin guards: US$12–15 per pair, with custom printing, shipping, VAT and other import charges included. Only the applicable EU €3 customs duty is extra (EU duty details). Clothing, socks, sleeves, sets and optional packaging are quoted separately.
What to send for a shin guard quote
- How many pairs, and the sizes if you already know them. For sizing help, give each player's shin length in centimetres plus their age or age group; the roster can follow.
- What you would like to print, if decided: a photo, a name and number, a club crest, or your own design.
- Artwork files can follow while the artwork is being prepared. Read the artwork and photo guide.
- Your destination country, intended use and required arrival date.
You do not need print-ready artwork: send an ordinary picture and any names or wording as copyable text, and Wangyudian prepares the layout. Clearer pictures give better results, but there is no minimum resolution.
Wangyudian sends a design draft for your approval before printing, and printing follows your written approval of the crop, spelling and appearance.
Send only images, names and logos you own or have permission to use. If a design looks like it belongs to someone else, the desk will ask before printing.

Printed shirts and clothing are quoted separately by product and destination. Guard prices and timings do not apply; the quotation states fabric, garment measurements, print placement and packing.
For the first team quote, give the pair count and any sizes you already know. The desk then tells you when to send player names, numbers, measurements or artwork. See the size guide if you need it.
For a first quote, describe your shop or business and the order route. Do not include a customer roster or delivery address yet.

What your quotation covers
There is no minimum order quantity for printing on standard catalogue guards. Your quotation gives the exact price and states the sample cost, payment terms, packaging, shipping and timing.
International shipping is available. Certificates can be applied for if needed. Tell the desk your destination and certificate requirements with your enquiry. Transit times by destination are on the shipping page.
For custom shin guards, one pair or a few pairs proceed from approved artwork to production and dispatch, without a separate physical sample. For a larger order, agree the sample and production plan with the desk. Single personalised pairs, team and club sets, retailer stock and full custom are four separate order types, each quoted on its own.
Who you contract with
Your quotation and proforma invoice name the contracting seller: Guangzhou Wangyu Dian Trading Co., Ltd., or RyanFulfil, the fulfilment company behind the desk, where that suits your order. Quotations are issued in USD, EUR, GBP or SGD; other currencies on request. Schools, clubs and other organisations can be invoiced in the organisation's name.
That same proforma is the only place the receiving bank account appears, in the seller's own name, and a purchase order can be addressed to the seller it names. Nobody at the desk reissues that account by email afterwards, so treat a changed account number arriving that way as wrong, whatever the message says, and message the desk on the WhatsApp number above before you send a transfer.
