What carries your brand
For standard catalogue orders, the shell stays the same from brand to brand. Your print, your logo and your pack change.
- Your design: photos, patterns, names and numbers, sublimation-printed onto the front shell.
- Your brand: your logo or wordmark inside the design, on every pair in the run.
- Your range: several designs as one project, each against its own catalogue reference.
- Your pack: neutral packaging, your brand stickers, barcodes and hangtags; custom boxes normally from 500 boxes.

Three ways to put your brand on shin guards
1 · Your brand on catalogue guards
From one pair: there is no minimum order quantity for printing on standard catalogue guards. A retail stock design, your house design across the run, or your logo on the printed guard and the pack. Plain white unprinted guards and plain white unprinted sleeves are listed options as well.

A separate tooling project. A custom shell shape, shell colour or foam thickness has higher minimum quantities and roughly 3–6 months for development.

Testing and documents. The custom shin guards have not been tested, and no product test reports are available for them. Certificates can be applied for if needed. Tell us which certificates your market requires before you order; the scope, cost and timing are quoted for your order.
Bulk, stock and importer orders
- Bulk pricing. For bulk orders, pricing and who covers customs duty can be negotiated. Your quotation states any change to the standard price inclusions before you order.
- Your own forwarder. Your own forwarder or collect account can be used; give the details with your enquiry.
- Pre-shipment inspection. Ask the desk about a third-party pre-shipment inspection. You appoint and pay for the inspection; say what you want looked at and when.
- Direct to your customer. Orders can ship straight to your end customer, packed as your quotation names.

Product sizes, surfaces & packaging
What your brand goes on
Each printed guard is a PP shell with a soft EVA foam liner filling the back. Full-size guards come in a smooth or a honeycomb surface. Honeycomb is a moulded hexagonal relief under the print.
Mini guards come in a matte (frosted) surface, and Mini M is also offered smooth. Country of origin: China.
Sizes. Full-size guards: XS 14 × 7.5 cm, S 17 × 8 cm, M 19 × 9 cm. Mini guards: Mini XS 8 × 5 cm, Mini S 10 × 6 cm, Mini M 12 × 8 cm. All figures are length × width, measured flat.
Full-size guards come as a left and a right, so use the size guide before ordering. Care: do not wash the guards or expose them to high heat.
Custom boxes. Custom boxes normally start at 500 boxes. Dimensions, material, printing, fees and additional lead time are quoted for your requirements. This minimum applies to custom-made boxes, not the standard bag or an existing catalogue storage box.
Packaging. A storage box in black or grey is an option on WYD-SG-005, with the honeycomb, smooth and matte surfaces.
Mini guards have a with-bag option on WYD-MSG-002. A guard and sock set is 1 pair of shin guards and 1 pair of socks (WYD-SLV-002). Each pair is packed in a simple bag as standard; a box or custom packaging is quoted separately.
What to send for the print
You do not need print-ready artwork: Wangyudian lays out your photo, name and number. Ordinary pictures are accepted, with no minimum resolution. Clearer pictures give better results; approve the expected appearance in the draft.
You can add photos, text, a team badge or logo, a name and a number. Use the same photo on both guards, or two different photos, one on each. The photo, the name and the number may each be left out.
Put extra instructions in the notes with your files. Wangyudian prepares and crops the artwork to the guard shape, then sends it for your approval. See what makes a good file.
Send only images, names and logos you own or have permission to use. If a design looks like it belongs to someone else, the desk will ask before printing. Read how customisation works.
