The EU €3 duty applies per customs item line on eligible EU consumer consignments of no more than €150 (EU duty details). Bulk orders: pricing and who covers customs duty can be negotiated, and your quotation states any change to these inclusions. Your quotation covers packaging, shipping and timing; socks, sleeves, sets and optional packaging are quoted separately.

Personalised shin guards as a gift
Start with an ordinary photo and the words you want to include. For a gift, a keepsake or a design of your own, we arrange the artwork around the guard shape and send you a draft to approve.
You do not need a print template or design software. Clearer pictures print better; long names can be resized or split into lines, and parts of a rectangular photo may be cropped to fit the guard shape. Look over the crop and spelling on your draft before you approve it.
One pair or a few pairs go straight to production and dispatch after approval, without a separate physical sample. Single-pair orders ship in a plain mailing pouch (see the packing example); optional boxes or custom packaging are quoted separately.
Sizes, surfaces and materials by reference
Testing and documents. These custom shin guards have not been tested and no product test reports are available. Certificates can be applied for if needed. How a custom shin guard order runs
- Send your photo, name and number. The original photo, logo or crest, unedited and unfiltered, plus names and numbers as typed text. Ordinary pictures are accepted with no minimum resolution; the clearer the picture, the better it prints. See what to send.
- Approve your design draft. Artwork preparation usually takes 24–48 hours. Wangyudian lays out your photo, name and number, crops the picture to the guard shape and sends a draft. Approve it in writing and printing starts.
- Printing by sublimation. For 20–100 pairs of standard printed guards, production is usually completed in 1–3 days after artwork approval. Mixed sizes and different prints on each pair do not extend this estimate.
- Inspection and shipping. Every pair is inspected before dispatch. Shipping usually takes 7–15 days after dispatch; tell us your required arrival date before ordering.
If the fault is Wangyudian's, a misprint or a wrong size against your list, you choose a replacement or refund. One design can go on both guards, or a different photo on each; a name, a number or a photo can each be left out. A sample is agreed for larger orders.
What to send for a quotation
Name these four things in your first message:
- Order type. Single personalised pairs, team and club sets, retailer stock and full custom are quoted separately.
- Size mix. How many pairs of each size.
- One design or many. One design for the whole set, or a name and number on each pair.
- Packaging and destination. Per-pair, team-carton or retail-box packing, and where the goods go.
