Shin guard sizes in centimetres, and what to measure
Wangyudian prints football (soccer) shin guards in four full-size labels and three mini labels. The chart below gives the centimetres for each one it publishes. Read the chart, measure the shin, then send your measurement to the desk.
Which sizes exist. Full-size guards are labelled XS, S, M and L. Mini guards are labelled Mini XS, Mini S and Mini M.
What to measure. Measure the shin length in centimetres, standing. Send that figure and the player's age to the desk.
What is confirmed on your quotation. Size L, weight and shell thickness. Packaging, shipping and timing are confirmed on your quotation too.

How the mini guards taper
A mini guard is wider at the top than at the bottom.

How to measure
Guidance by age. Kids usually take XS or S, teenagers S, and adults M. Measure the shin to confirm, and ask the desk when a player sits between two sizes.
The chart gives the guard's own length and width. Your shin measurement is longer than the guard: send it to the desk and the desk names the size.

- Shin length. Measure standing, from just below the kneecap to just above the ankle bone. Give the figure in centimetres.
- Age band. Wangyudian labels the full-size guards "above 13" and the mini guards "13 and under". It is a label on the size, not a fitting rule.
- Send both. Put the shin length and the age in your message. The desk uses them to confirm the size on your quotation.
- Between two sizes. Ask the desk before you order. Do not round the measurement yourself.
- Team orders. Send one line per player: name, number, shin length, and the left and right marking.
Full-size guards are supplied as a left and a right. Check the fit on your sample pair.
Surfaces
- Smooth. A gloss surface. Made in XS, S, M and Mini M.
- Honeycomb. A moulded hexagonal relief under the print. Made in XS, S and M.
- Matte (frosted). Frosted is Wangyudian's word for the matte surface. Made in Mini XS, Mini S and Mini M.
The surface changes the look, not the size. Name the surface with the size in your message.
Confirmed on your quotation
- Size L. It is a listed size label, and its centimetres are confirmed on your quotation.
- Weight. Confirmed on your quotation, for the reference you order.
- Shell thickness. Confirmed on your quotation, for the reference you order.
Send the shin length, the age and the quantity. The sizes are confirmed on your quotation.
