What we print
Slip-in football shin guards, worn under the sock with no strap, sublimation-printed with a photo, name, number or club crest, plus the sleeves and socks that go with them.
Mini shin guards
The small slip-in size, Mini XS to Mini M, printed to each customer's design.
Sleeves and pocket socks
Plain or printed sleeves, pocket socks and guard-and-sock sets. Numbered socks and printed clothing are on other made-to-order gear.

Your order is covered
- You approve the design first. We prepare your artwork and send a draft; nothing is printed until you approve it in writing.
- Every pair is inspected before dispatch.
- Replacement or refund if the fault is ours. For a misprint or a wrong size against your list, you choose a replacement or refund, and Wangyudian covers the related shipping costs.
- Lost parcels are put right. For a lost or undelivered order, the desk arranges a replacement or refund.
- Your design is kept for repeat orders. Designs are kept for six months, and each repeat order starts a new six-month period. A repeat needs no new artwork; you still approve a fresh draft.
How an order runs
Send your design
Your photo, names and numbers, the sizes, the quantity and your destination country.
Approve the draft
Artwork preparation usually takes 24–48 hours. Up to two standard design preparations are free. If you confirm two designs without placing an order, each further design preparation costs US$2. Agree any charge with the desk before additional design work starts.
Print and pack
You pay the cost of goods in full when you place the order. Our own team prints, assembles and packs the guards; 20–100 pairs of standard printed guards are usually completed in 1–3 days after approval.
Inspect and ship
Every pair is inspected before dispatch. Other charges on your quotation are paid before the goods ship, and shipping usually takes 7–15 days after dispatch.
One pair or a few pairs go straight to production after you approve the draft; for a larger order, a sample can be agreed first. Read how customisation works and samples and first orders.
Who prints, sells and contracts
We buy the guard shells from an external supplier, and our own team prints, assembles and packs them. Wangyudian Sports is the English-language sales desk of Guangzhou Wangyu Dian Trading Co., Ltd.: one desk, on WhatsApp or by email, from your first message to delivery. Your quotation and proforma name the seller who contracts with you and invoices you.
See the work before you order
Ask the desk what can be arranged: a video call, a visit, or a third-party pre-shipment inspection. You appoint and pay for the inspection; say what you want looked at and when.
Order types
- One personalised pair. Your own photo, name, number or club crest on a single pair.
- Team and club sets. One club design across the squad, each guard printed with the player's first name, squad number and a left or right marking.
- Retailer stock. One repeatable design, in the sizes you want to carry.
- Full custom. Your design, your brand, your packaging. See private label and OEM.
There is no minimum order quantity for printing on standard catalogue guards. Each order type is quoted separately.

Who you contract with. Your quotation and proforma invoice name the contracting seller: Guangzhou Wangyu Dian Trading Co., Ltd., or RyanFulfil, the fulfilment company behind the desk, where that suits your order. Quotations are issued in USD, EUR, GBP or SGD; other currencies on request. Payment is by bank transfer to the seller named on your proforma.
Bank details. Bank details are issued once, on the proforma, and never changed by email. Call the desk before paying a changed account.
Documents. Certificates can be applied for if needed. Tell us your destination and certificate requirements with your enquiry. The custom shin guards have not been tested, and no product test reports are available; see the testing answer.
