How customisation works: from your design to a printed pair
Send your design, approve the draft, and Wangyudian prints it into the front shell of made-to-order shin guards. Order one pair, or a full squad in one design.
What you get. Football (soccer) shin guards printed to your own design and made to order. One pair, or a set for a whole club.
What Wangyudian does for you. You do not need print-ready artwork. Send an ordinary picture and Wangyudian prepares the artwork, including the crop for the guard shape, then sends a draft.
What your quotation states. The sizes, materials, packaging, shipping and timing for your order. Tell us your destination and any documentation requirements with your enquiry.
You deal with one English-language sales desk, from your first message to despatch. Shin guards or shin pads — the route is the same one.
Choose your starting style
Start with mini, smooth or honeycomb-textured guards. Mini describes the size range; smooth and honeycomb describe the surface.

The five steps
Send your design
Send an ordinary picture, crest or logo, the names and numbers as copyable text, then your sizes, quantity and destination country.

Approve the design draft
Wangyudian lays out your artwork and sends a design draft for your approval before printing. Artwork preparation usually takes 24–48 hours. See the design preparation and fee policy.
Read every name, number, colour, crop and position, then approve the draft in writing in your chat or email thread. Printing starts once you approve, and production time runs from that approval.
Choose the order route
For one pair or a few pairs, approve the artwork and Wangyudian moves directly to production and dispatch: no separate physical sample is needed.
For a larger order, a physical sample can be agreed before production. Its all-in price and any credit against a following production order are agreed on the quotation.
Wangyudian prints your order
Your approved design is printed by sublimation into the front shell of each guard, by hand, pair by pair. For 20–100 pairs of standard printed guards, production is usually completed in 1–3 days after artwork approval. Mixed sizes and different prints on each pair do not extend this estimate. Your quotation states the timing for other quantities or custom development.
Keep the approved draft as your reference for a repeat order. Wangyudian keeps designs for six months, so you do not need to send the artwork again while it is retained; a new design draft still goes to you for approval before production. Each repeat order starts a new six-month retention period. Read about design retention.
Packing and shipping
Wangyudian's own team handles printing, assembly and packing. Every pair is inspected before dispatch. Give the delivery address, the destination country and the packing you want.
Production time and transit time are separate. After dispatch, shipping is usually 7–15 days, as a guide, not a guarantee; the destination and channel timing are quoted for your order, and your quotation names the packaging and the shipping mode.
What to send today
Send the picture you have. The clearer it is, the better the print; there is no minimum image resolution. A lower-resolution picture can be used if you accept its appearance in the design draft.

What can be added to a guard
- A photo, or two photos, one on each guard.
- Several photos combined into a collage on one guard.
- Text of your choosing.
- A team badge or club logo.
- A player name.
- A squad number.
You do not need print-ready artwork. Wangyudian prepares the artwork from your picture, name and number for you.
Wangyudian sends a design draft for your approval before printing. Approve it in writing.

Prefer no print at all? Plain white unprinted guards and plain white unprinted sleeves are listed options.
What the printing means for your design
Your design is printed by sublimation on a PP front shell, with an EVA foam liner behind it.
The design goes into the surface of the shell, not on top of it. A photo, a name and a number can sit on the same shell.
Screen colour and printed colour differ, so look closely at the colours and layout in your design draft before approving it. A physical sample can be agreed before production for a larger order.
Full-size guards come as a left and a right. Choose the size you want before production.
Full-size guards are made in XS, S and M; mini guards in Mini XS, Mini S and Mini M. Sizes in cm are set out in the size guide.
Surfaces: smooth or honeycomb on full-size guards, matte (frosted) on mini guards, and smooth on Mini M. Honeycomb is a moulded hexagonal relief under the print.
Designs you have the right to print
Send only images, names and logos you own or have permission to use. If a design looks like it belongs to someone else, the desk will ask before printing.
If you are unsure, send your own photo, name and number.
What changes your quotation
- Order type. Single personalised pairs, team and club sets, retailer stock and full custom are quoted separately.
- Sizes. XS, S and M in full size, M the largest; Mini XS to Mini M in the minis.
- Surface. Smooth, honeycomb or matte (frosted), by size.
- One design or many. One design across the set, or a different name and number on each pair.
- Printed or plain. Printed guards, plain white unprinted guards, or a guard and sock set.
- Materials. The printed guards are a PP shell with a soft EVA foam liner filling the back; the plain stock guard WYD-SG-006 is listed as acrylic.
- Packaging. How the pairs are packed, and whether you add the optional storage box.
- Destination. Your country, the shipping mode and the documents you need with the goods.
- Price. US$12–15 per pair for custom-printed full-size and mini guards; sleeves, socks, sets and optional packaging are quoted per enquiry.
