How customisation works: from your design to a printed pair
You send a design, confirm it before printing, and the factory prints it on the front shell of made-to-order shin guards (factory-stated). Sizes, packing and production time are confirmed on your quotation.
What you send. Your original photo or logo at the highest resolution you have, plus the names and numbers as text.
What you get. Football (soccer) shin guards printed to that design, made to order at the factory (factory-stated).
What is confirmed on your quotation. Minimum quantity, sizes, materials, packaging, shipping mode and production time. Prices are quoted per enquiry.
Not published here yet. File formats, resolution and printable area are confirmed by the desk on your enquiry, until the factory's artwork specification is published on this site.
The five steps
Each step says what you do, and what the quotation settles. The desk quotes before anything is made.
Send your design
You: send the original photo or logo at the largest size you have. Add the names and numbers as typed text. Say how many pairs, which sizes and the destination country.
Quotation: the printable area is confirmed on your quotation. File formats and resolution are confirmed by the desk on your enquiry until the factory's specification is published here.
Confirm the design
You: check every name, every number and the layout before you approve anything. Approve in writing, in the same chat or email thread.
Quotation: whether a design proof is issued before printing, and in what form, is confirmed on your quotation.
The factory prints
You: keep the approved file. It is the reference for a repeat order and for anything you dispute later.
Quotation: production time is confirmed on your quotation. The front shell is sublimation-printed to your design (factory-stated).
Check the pair
You: compare the print, the spelling, the numbers and the colour against the design you approved. On a first team or retail order, ask for a sample pair and check that one first.
Quotation: the sample cost is confirmed on your quotation. A sample credit, if offered, is agreed on the quotation and shown on the proforma.
Packing and shipping
You: give the destination country, the delivery address and the packing you need.
Quotation: packaging, shipping mode and transit time are confirmed on your quotation.
What to send today
Send the original file, not a screenshot of it. Names and numbers travel better as typed text than baked into a picture.

What the printing means for your design
The front shell is sublimation-printed to the design you send (factory-stated). A photograph, a name and a number can sit on the same shell.
Sublimation means the design is printed into the surface of the front shell rather than stuck on top of it (factory-stated). How white areas and fine detail print is confirmed by the desk on your enquiry, until the factory's artwork specification is published here.
Screen colour and printed colour are not the same thing. Check the colour on a sample pair before a production order.
No wear, fade or wash test is on file for these shin guards. Check the print on your own sample pair, under your own use.
These shin guards are not presented as meeting any standard. Ask which issued documents exist for the product you want, named on your quotation.

Designs you have the right to print
Send only images, names and logos you own or have permission to use. If a design looks like it belongs to someone else, the desk will ask before printing.
If you are unsure, send a photo you took yourself, with your own name and number.
What changes your quotation
- Order type. Single personalised pairs, team and club sets, retailer stock and full custom are separate order types. The minimum for each is confirmed on your quotation.
- Sizes. The size chart is confirmed on your quotation, until the factory's chart is published here.
- One design or many. Say whether one design covers the whole set, or each pair carries its own name and number.
- Materials. The shell and liner materials are confirmed on your quotation, until they are published here.
- Packaging. How the pairs are packed for your order is confirmed on your quotation.
- Destination. Transit time and shipping mode are confirmed on your quotation.
- Documents. Which issued documents exist for the product is confirmed on your quotation.
- Price. Prices are quoted per enquiry.
Your quotation and proforma name the contracting seller. Bank details are issued once, on the proforma, and never changed by email. Call the number on this site before paying a changed account.
Who this route suits
Whether you call them shin guards or shin pads, the route is the same one.
- A player or a parent ordering one personalised pair.
- A team, club or academy sending one design and a list of names, numbers and sizes.
- A retailer or a brand putting a house design on a made-to-order shell — see OEM / ODM.
- A print-on-demand or dropship store sending one design per order.
Who it does not suit yet
- Buyers who need an issued test report before they can sell. None is on file for these shin guards. Ask which documents exist for your product before you order.
- Buyers who need a fixed delivery date before a quotation. Production time and transit time are two separate clocks, and both are confirmed on your quotation.
- Buyers who want a professional player's photograph, or a club badge, printed without the owner's permission.
